One Studio
Beyond Creativity

Beyond Design Architectural Consultancy LLC is a multidisciplinary architecture and design studio based in Dubai, with a strong presence in Zanzibar and across East Africa and the Indian Ocean region. It delivers innovative, context-driven design solutions across a diverse range of projects.

We bring together master planning, architecture, interior design, and lead consultancy under one roof not as separate disciplines working in parallel, but as a single, unified vision. When you appoint Beyond Design, you engage one studio that takes full ownership of your project, from the initial site concept to the final issued-for-construction documentation.
