This project reflects a commitment to cultural preservation and adaptive reuse. The design balances conservation with contemporary functionality, original stonework and historic character are carefully preserved, while new interventions introduce thoughtful spatial planning, modern infrastructure, and public amenities. The restored Old Fort is envisioned as a living cultural hub.
